LS Backhoe

I would like a full size hoe but after working in the heavy equipment industry and seeing alot of the guys who are allowed to run the equipment for my company I wouldn't want to buy a used one, at least not from my company, guys have no respect for the equipment because they don't pay for the repairs, don't grease anything till it start moaning and groaning and rarely check the oil or anything basic. And my company keeps equipment on the job til it is pretty much shot, would need plenty of repair if I were to buy it I think.
