It sounds like a good price. I have the smaller XR3037HC. No BH but I wanted a heated cab for snow plowing.
If you don't need the BH you can get one with a cab for $30,139 from this site. Not sure but think the cab model w/ BH would be around $35K or so.

Welcome! Open station or cab tractor? If the former, a good "cash" price may be just south of $30k. If a XR4046HC (with cab), JUMP ON IT! My best quote was ~$33.5k on the cab tractor with hydro and BH -- roughly $6k of that for the BH with 16" bucket.
If you like the dealer but can't match these cash prices, maybe try negotiating some free service (50 hr) and extras like hooks welded onto FEL bucket, pallet forks, etc.?

I had a dealer here quote me 23k on a xr4046h a week ago. he is suppose to get a xr 4046hc in tthis week that he said would be 28k

But how much extra would it be with the backhoe. The OP's quote includes a BH so if tractor is 23K then his BH is costing 8800 more. I'm not sure what an LS LB2102 BH attachment adds to the tractor price but 8800 seems about right..
