I have a B7500 HST with a great bend back hoe. Lost operation of one cylinder on the back hoe, linkage is still intact and functional. Seems that I am not getting pressure on one cylinder. Could it be something in the manifold, or maybe in the cylinder itself? Any help would be much appreciated. TY

Are you saying the control linkage on the lever is ok and the valve stem is moving in and out of the valve block ok - but the cylinder doesn't move in either direction? If so the piston may be off the rod inside the cylinder. Might have just unscrewed, but could be stripped, or broken.

OK I will check that. Yes everything seems to be operating correctly as to the linkage and piston movement. I suspected the cylinder. Have some mechanical skills, not much with tractor hydraulics though. Will I need to dis assemble the cylinder to inspect this? And TYVM
