LOST POWER GRAND L3130

I was tilling with a 3pt tiller and had the pto rpms at 540 and was in 2nd gear low.when i put it in 3rd low the rpms would drop alot but when i pushed:confused in the clutch it would go back up,i have used this in 3rd low alot of times never had this problem.I changed the fuel filter and it is still doing it.the tiller is only a 5 footer.does anyone know what is going on with this.Thanks

If it works fine in second gear then maybe it's just to much load for 3rd. Double check and make sure the parking brake isn't on....hey it has happened to me, more than once.
