Was cleaning out the tracks on my RC100 cleaning it up to do a service on the machine. Moved it around the yard a few times from the shop to the wash bay and back, etc... When I got in it after pressure washing the tracks the machine cranked up fine but the loader arms are dead. No hyd movement at all no up and down and no rotation of the bucket. The quick attach is working, but the low flow and high flow do not engage. When I move the loader arm joystick around i get absolutely no response, it does not even seem like the pump is engaging. One thing I did notice that I don't believe I have seen before is that when I toggle the two buttons on the top of the loader arm joystick the low flow light switch flashes green. Maybe it always has done this and I just have never noticed it.
To make matters worse, I decided to jack the loader arms up so that I could move the machine back to the shop and I got about half way there and lost hydraulic power to the drive motors. I can hear the pump engaging and trying to put power to the drive motors however the machine acts as if the tracks are bound up or as if there is brake engaged. When I push the track joystick forward or back the drive motors act like they are trying to move but something is holding them back.
The other thing I noticed after checking the machine over is that each time a cranked the machine up it seemed to get harder and harder to crank it. It seems as if the battery is going dead all of a sudden.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Any suggestions, tips, or things to check and test would be much appreciated.
Thanks
