Lately my front end loader has been loose, as in retracted but not tight. When it's fully retracted, there's still inner rod showing and when its boomed up, fully retracted and level, I can take my hand and move it fore and aft about 2 inches or so. I don't know much about hydraulics but my gut tells me there's air in the cylinder which lets me move the inner thrust rod in and out of the cylinder freely for a couple of inches. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

Cycle the cyl fully about 5 times to purge the air.
