Hi folks.
Looks like i will need to change the water pump on my MF 1140. ARG!
Does any one have any tips for me/has anyone ever attempted this on an MF 1140.
Looked briefly and it looks pretty tight. I think I will have to remove the rad?
I was blowing snow in reverse when I seen the trail of coolant in front of the tractor then I noticed the temp gauge in the red. I cut the engine and took the side panels off and seen the fan belt had jumped the pulleys. Noticed that the fan pulley has lots of play there. Probably the bearing that is pooched.
Looks like I am going to get dirty tomorrow.
Any tips/info will help.

PS while I am at it, I will change the coolant and flush the rad and change the belt. Someone told me that I should order the whole new water pump as opposed to the kit. Apparently the bearings might require special tools/pulleys??? Is this true for the MF 1140?
