Looking to buy Yanmar YM1700

Hi. I am new to tractors but will be buying one soon. For sale by a co-worker is a Yanmar YM1700 with a PTO 48" mower and he wants about 1300 for it. It runs perfectly but it's ugly and he doesn't know how old it is. He has had it for 5 years and is the second owner so it is at least 5 years old. What could I value this tractor for? Thanks...

AT THAT PRICE GRAB IT. IT MAY NOT HAVE A WATER PUMP BUT COULD ADAPT ONE. YOU MAY FInd IT AND MANY OTHER PARTS FROM DEALERS THAT POST HERE.IT IS WORTH WELL OVER 2000.00 WITH THE CUTTER.
