I believe that the tractor has a suspension seat. I believe that only the spring seats tilt forward as you like. I have never seen a suspension seat that also tilted forward as most of the spring seats do.
If it is just the dew that is the problem, just leave a towel on the seat and then pull it off when you go to use the machine.
Or park it in a shed or barn.
