I currently have a assortment of equipment to complete all the tasks around my place. I am looking to sell it all and buy a new to me tractor. The tractor would be used for mowing 3.5 acres with about 15 trees, snow removal, and would like a FEL. We have 1/4 acre of garlic along with growing 1/4 acre of produce based on what ever was requested ahead of time. In addition I am looking to use the tractor to help in this area running a rototiller, under cut bar/carrot lifter, and plastic mulch layer. I need 35hp minimum for the under cut bar and plastic mulch layer.
Originally I was thinking a compact tractor in the 35-50 hp range, but most that I have been finding in Wisconsin with mid mount mower and FEL are still pretty expensive. I have also considered a little larger tractor 40-60hp and just running a rear 3pt finish mower. I am hopping to stay around 10k but do have room to play. One other thing is for planting we need a slow moving tractor so hydro or creepers. I know that the older white field boss, and allis chalmers gear drives could get pretty low.
I was wondering if anyone has a similar situation and what your using?
Any general recommendations on tractor? I do not care about brand and would like to keep it 80's or newer - the newer the better.
lastly any thoughts on 3pt finish mower with trees and a small hill.

-rotary broom with extra set of brushes

- 48" or 52" mower deck
- - Roto tiller with side extension kit

- dearborn from snow plow/dozer blade
- dearborn 2 bottom plow
- dearborn 3pt disk
- 8' pull disk, it works well but is all rusted I think its a JD though
