Looking for Information on this Finish Mower

Hello I bought this finish mower 5 months ago !

Now last weekend was cutting and had white smoke on right side blade belt compartment

so open it up and find a idler pulley disintegrated

I start looking for parts as the idler pulley looks old and other side is new
(New one pulled and no numbers on it anywhere)

started looking for parts and trying to find out manufacturer of finish mower so i can track down right service and parts manual

here is picture of mower and name and model # so if you have any information on

Who makes this unit please reply to this post.

As i'm looking for place or places to get idler pulleys and new stronger belt and set of new blades

Frontier is sold by John Deere, you should be able to get parts at your local JD dealer. Frontier is John Deere's sub-brand for small implements made by other manufacturers and sold through the John Deere dealer network.

Thanks for the info i called 4 local mower and small engine repair places and they all act like they never ordered parts for it and all said they could get it but nothing in stock?

The following link should take you to the John Deere parts website. Just plug your model number in and you can get the exploded parts diagram from your mower. From there you can id your part, find your local dealer and order the part if they do not have it stock.

I have a Frontier GM1072R mower. As other posters have said John Deere should be able to fix you up. I have ordered parts for mine through our local John Deere dealer. They can be pricey, but they have always been able to get what I needed.
