Buying Advice Looking for Ford 50 to 70 hp tractor

Hi everybody,
I am looking for a Ford tractor in the 50-70 hp range. Prefer the older 5000 to 7000 series tractors,. Does anybody know of a good place to look for one online?

Craigslist,or tractorhouse is where I look,but to be honest find most on CL.

I found a Ford 5400(I think) up this way in NC for $6500,with a loader.Came with hay spear forks and a bucket.

WAY too big for us.

That was on CL.

good luck.. 5000's are great machines.

don't overlook the 5-6-7X600 models. the 5600 has some hyds advances vs the 5000.. though went back to a 233 enngine till the end of the line then a 256 BPS.... but still a great machine..

Ford 5400? Can't find anything with that model #. There's a Ford 5600 in the 50-70 hp range (60 hp, weighs 6000-7500 lb).

I'm confused--50-70 hp tractors are large vehicles. Why was that tractor you saw in NC too large?

I missed by 200....it is a 5200.:laughing:

For what we want,and to actually have everyone here USE it,this was too big...I would be running over things...like the house.
