Looking for an automatic battery charger without breaking the bank

One thing I like about many of the small smart chargers is they are IP rated - well sealed against moisture and dirt - nice for outdoor use, or under-hood mounting.

I try to not take my chargers swimming, but if you are charging something outside and get busy doing something else, or have to take off for a parts-run, it's one less thing to be concerned about if some rain moves through.

Even on non-ag equipment, there is plenty of dirt to go around, and up here, salt for about half the year. Luxury vehicles (tons of electronics) can benefit from having one of these IP rated chargers mounted on-board, if they sit parked near an AC outlet for weeks at a time.
