Backhoe Looking for advice on a used woods BH

My local Kubota dealer has a used Woods 6500 BH with a 12" bucket. THe unit is just under 1 year old and has been used. The dealership is asking 4495.00 for the unit?

Good price?

Good BH? The BH is sub frame unit with a PTO hydro pump.

What was the cost of that hoe new? around 5K - give or take. It's used and they want about the same as new.

If you want the Kubota hoe, offer 4 k for the hoe and them installing it with pick up and delivery of the tractor.
