Looking for a PS cylinder, Ford 3500

Greetings, I need a power steering cylinder for my Ford 3500, I understand it is the same as one for the 4000 years 65-71
The pn# I have is C5NN3A540C It leaked from the time I bought it but now I would need to stop every 10-15 minutes to refill the pump.
I replaced the front seals but realize the inner seals that really do all the pressure are not gotton to without cutting the cylinder on a lathe (big bucks)
So I am looking for a reman, new or used . Anyone know a reliable place to look? Thanks

I'm not sure what you consider big bucks, but looks like prices are pretty well across the board on used, or this rebuilt one. UF00951 Power Steering Cylinder---Rebuilt

I'd probably have to get a price from a reputable local hydraulic shop first.

I had the same issue on my 4000. Cost $265 to rebuild at a local hydraulic shop.
