Looking for 90mmm ID shim

I am having a hard time locating a 90mm ID shim for an excavator pivot pin. Trying to purchase from other than the OE. Any ideas on a good supplier?

How thick? How many? What material? Is the OD critical, or can it be from, say, 150 mm to 180 mm? Can the ID vary slightly?

On my main boom pivot the shim split and popped out. 2mm thick. ID not critical but close. OD has more leeway. What ever material is most durable

Thicker than I thought, as that's very close to 14 gauge—certainly close enough to use! Consider getting some stainless steel stock and cutting them out, if necessary (or ordinary cold rolled, if it's kept greasy to prevent rust.) A cheap hole saw will get you a couple made before it gives out! (Yeah, I've done this sort of thing.) You could even use some of the stronger bronze stocks, at a higher cost.

Hard to visualize the problem w/o pictures. Not sure what this shim does.

I am looking to replace what came out. It is a shim on the main pivot. The oe shows it in the schematic. I figured they put it in for a reason.

someone with a CNC plasma torch, there really fairly common, and could cut most any metal, many small general fabrication shops have one,
