For lack of a better/proper name, I need to replace the cowl molding on either side of the cowl at the base of the front windshield on my 05 F-150.
Looked on a couple parts sites including Ford Parts and I don't find this part listed.
It's a soft plastic or rubber type material, and the sun has done its work over the past 8 years
as you can see in the photos.
I don't know if these pieces are more cosmetic than functional as far as keeping water and debris out
but I want to replace them.
So two problems;
1. What the heck are these called
2. How to go about replaceing them.
