Looking at possibly buying a DK65

I have found an 2002 DK65. I haven't seen it in person yet but have seen pics and talked very briefly with the owner. It's showing 2500hrs. on a nonworking hr. meter ( I haven't yet discussed estimated actual hrs). It is for sale at a small dealership where it has been kept and "used" ( not sure doing what) by the dealership's owners as a personal tractor for about 1 1/2 yrs. Decent cosmetic condition, R4 Tires appear to be about 50%.ROPS model/no cab, MFWD, 12x12 shuttle but NO loader. ( I would put an FEL on it if I buy it). Asking $10,500. I was planning on looking at it tomorrow but I ruptured a bicep tendon and the Dr. says surgery tomorrow is more important than buying an old tractor. So it'll be a couple of days before I can look at it.

While I wait, is anyone familiar with this model? Id like to hear any and all input on the tractor, the "asking" price and what I should pay special attention to when I look at it.
