Price Check Looking at Mahindra 25 Max Hst

I am looking at a locally available 2013 Mahindra 25 Max HSt, 4wheel drive. Has 280 hours, appears to be well maintained. 5' loader bucket, has back hoe, 12" auger (unused) and a box scraper (unused). Owner is firm at $15,000. Not really a farm community here so not much to compare to in evaluating price. Would be first tractor. Any advice on price would be greatly appreciated,

If you find a good used machine that is more than about $1000 under new you are doing good. I searched for nearly a year to find a used machine- nothing local and when I did find something somewhere else the cost to pick it up became more than new.
The problem is you can’t say to the person if I don’t get this one I’ll go buy one of the 3 others for sale. For most of the country that simply isn’t the case and sellers know it!
