Thanks for the reference to abbreviations that will help me a lot. I am fortunate to have 2 LS dealers within an easy hour drive. One even told me that LS was considering putting one at my location. He is against it as it would cut into his sales for sure, but it does show that LS is trying to grow their US market in FL. I have not decided on LS yet, that is just the direction I am leaning because of initial cash investment.

I have the LS XR3037HC. I like it a lot. I bought the cab model mainly due to winter use moving snow and having a heated cab and A/C for summer use if I need it. I have the HST for loader work. Recently bought a used Woods BH750 BH for it but haven't used it yet. The 3037 is a great tractor for my uses. Loader lift is rated over 1T but haven't maxed or tried to lift that much. Plenty of room in the cab, control layout is very good. It came with more standard options that other brands charge extra for and at a lower price. No problems so far but only have 50 hours on it. Engine HP - 36.2, PTO HP 29.6. This is about 10HP more than my previous tractor. With loaded rear tires I estimate it weighs over 5.5K. I ran lines from one of the rear remotes to the front to operate a hydraulic thumb I can use on either the loader bucket or my forks. Waiting till I get a few more hours on it before posting a review but so far its been a great tractor.

you really need to check out the Mahindra 3016. It's an excellent Machine and being made by Mitsubishi gives it a big edge in my mind. I love mine and can find very little that I'd change about it. It's a real tractor, not a large lawnmower.

I find it very comfortable and the size is perfect. Strong, dependable and super easy starting in the cold.

The cold part is not for you but other more northern readers. :)

Thanks for the note. I will look at one this afternoon. I will be looking at and getting a quote on both the 3016h and 3616h with an extra hyd valve installed at a local dealer today.

Just make sure you consider what comes standard on the LS vs others. For me I got a nicer suspension seat, two rear remotes, draft control on the 3pt., nice joystick remote that's easy to operate and allows you to exit the right side of the cab instead of that 3ft. stickshift looking lever some others have and loader with a higher lift capacity than others in it's class.

Most of these things I mentioned were extras on other models that quickly added up to thousands of extra dollars to make it an apples-to-apples.

Thanks I agree with all those extras, some of which I really like. That is what started me looking at LS to begin with.

The other quotes I am getting include an additional remote for grapple, but not seat upgrades, cruise control, adjustable lower links, etc. that LS includes standard.
I received a competitive quote to the XR3032 on a Kubota B3350SUHST. The L3301 was considerably higher. They will charge extra for the R4 tires. I have not sat on it yet. I will in a few days and see if I can negotiate an even change on the tires.
The 2015 3038e was just about the same price as the XR3032 but the seat left a lot to be desired although it does have more foot room for my big boots but only a 2 range HST, one less remote after I added one. The joy stick is still on the loader for 2015 economy model. The Deere also appears to have less lift capacity front and back.
I appreciate you bringing me back to why I started with the LS to begin with.

The 3038e's loader doesnt come off either. And it believe the final drive section is aluminum... Not my first choice in a stressed part.

Look at them all and buy what you like best. IMO the Japanese tractors have overall better quality that you will pay more for.

I forgot to mention the telescoping lift arms which you pointed out. Those are very nice and keeps me from "being in the flesh" while hooking up implements if you know what I mean.
