Looking At L3400--What Can This Tractor Do?

Price with Land Pride mower is 14,600. It has 250 some hours and is in really sharp condition. Is this a good price?

I think price is a locational issue. I'm sure you could find one for less..but may have more hours...or in less than ideal condition.

Any idea when it was first purchased? The first 2 years, '04 & '05 - they had very jerky 3 point hitch. Bad enough where fine grading was a problem. Run the tractor and have the 3 point hitch at it's lowest point with an implement on it. Very slowly start to raise the lever for the 3ph up... if it doesn't bounce you out of the seat, you should be fine.

Is it gear driven or HST transmission? Ag (deep lug) tires or Industrial tires? Have you driven it around?
