Buying Advice Looking at JD 355D

Looking at a local JD 344d. It has 613 hours, seems to be in good shape. What do you guys think something like this would be worth, he said he痴 not sure, and to make an offer. Has a 48 deck. I am really not familiar with what something like this would have been new or what it should be worth now. Thanks in advance!

Nice rig. ~ 20 years old. Hours aren't scary. Look real close at the deck for breaking supports and rust. Look at things like you would a used car. Has all the grunge been pressure washed away or normal like seepage around the engine and transaxle. $1500-2000 if you really want it and shown to have been serviced. Some may get more. But then you are going to be relying on the Deere dealer to keep this going. Offer $1200
