Looking at a TC30 at an auction today

Hi everyone, I am in the market for a tractor, and am going to an estate sale today to look at a TC30 with 100 hours.
I do not know the year. I was wondering where you think I should cap my bidding?

Bought it! It hat 99.9 hours. This auction was close to home, so I drove it home, it now has 100.4 hours on it
I'm pretty excited.
