Looking at a Kioti CS2210 tractor

I have looked at a Kubota bx2380 with front end loader and mower deck and also a Kioti CS2210 with the same. The dealer for Kioti use to be a Kubota dealer. The Kioti is around 2000 less and I have driven both of these. Kubota seems better features and has better resale value although I don't plan on getting rid of either. I have 2-4 acres and the loader will come in handy. Any input as to which way I should go? Dealers are located fairly close. TractormanRon

Heads is Kubota, tails is Kioti. Flip the coin and catch it, slap it down, and ask yourself "What do I hope it says?" Go that way.

The Kioti is the frontrunner but also am considering the LS MT122. Any suggestions other than flipping a coin?

When I was shopping for a SCUT 2 years ago, it was narrowed down to the CS 2210 and the LS MT125. I went with the LS and couldn't have been happier with the choice. I put over almost 200 hours on it in just under 2 years. Sold it for almost what I paid for it! I just purchased another LS (XG3025 TLB) and I am impressed again.

Both Kioti and LS are excellent machines. Kubota, JD, NH, and Mahindra couldn't even get close to the prices for what you get with Kioti or LS.

My first LS (MT125 TLB was priced almost $6K less than the big guys) but I drove almost 1100 miles RT to pick it up. I just got the 3025 from a dealer 650 miles away (paid to have it delivered). This may help you understand how much I am impressed by LS.

I would also consider the distance and relationship with the dealer.

I bought the Kubota bx2380. It was more than the Kioti but I felt it ran smoother and there are more dealers near me than Kioti. Thanks for everyones advice. TractormanRon

Two things Ron, first, the BX 80 series is currently the most innovative SCUT in the market and second (at least this is my opinion) the relationship to the dealer is more important than the tractor brand. They all have a pretty good SCUT but being able to get it serviced in a timely and honest fashion is a big deal. You won't regret paying a little more. Congrats on your purchase, I know you will enjoy it!
