Looking at a Farmall 45

Hey I found a 2009 Farmall 45 with cab, hydrostatic & 4WD. 750 hours. Asking price is $19,000. No loader or attachments. Also found Farmall 50 cab 4WD and CVT transmission and loader for $22,000. Also 750 hrs.
I thought it was a reasonable price. Was going to us it mainly for large area finish mowing.
I plan on adding MWX84R 84" rear discharge finish mower and possibly buying a batwing finish mower for pasture clipping.

Anyone have one? Any feedback appreciated.

I have a 45cvt. I like it a lot. I think the 50 with the loader is a better deal.

Hay Dude, did you get either tractor? We had a 2005 DX35 Hydro which is similar to the 45, but a 3 cylinder. One of the best built, user friendly compacts I've ever had the pleasure of using. FWIW, saw a NH3040 cab, loader, hydro, 4x4 with 600 some hours sell at auction yesterday in TX for $19k, plus 10% buyer's fee. I'd say the 50 CVT you saw is a pretty good buy if you are ok with the cvt transmission. Never operated one in a compact.
