Looking at 3520CX cab- No A/C???

Guys looking at this cab tractor and just found out it does not have A/C??Seems odd that a cab. would not have A/C- The dealer said to just take out the doors and back window??- does this make sense??

That model was supposedly made up for snow removal per my dealer a couple of years ago.
Even with the doors and backwindow off it would be hot in the spring and summer.
