Looking at 1964 IH 2424... can\'t find specs

I am looking at a 1964 IH 2424. I can't find specs. Tractor data's website was a no hit.

Mainly I wanna know about:
1) the hp
2) if the hydraulics can be run separate from the pto
3) if it has draft or position control on the 3ph.
4) Approximate value if in good shape, good tires, good paint, generally good condition.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of info on the 2424. I was told it is an industrial version of the 424, but I am not sure what that entails. Anyone please help me out?! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Contact these folks. They deal in IH parts, new,used and rebuilt.
They can probably tell you what you want to know or where to get it. I had a '71 IH444 which is an updated 424, bought parts from Bates.

I received $2400 on my 444 in trade in and it was fairly beat. Might have done better selling myself but my deal with the wife was that I would get rid of my old tractors.

It will be a dependable tractor if it will fit your needs.
