For what ever reason my 42i simply quit cutting ... I replaced the electrodes and the tip ... no go so a simple call to Longevity and the problem solved. After a long discussion with several folks there, Nicholas, John and TJ in support a decision was made that for my business a back up unit would be a wise decision.
I decided I would like to dedicate a unit to the CNC table and asked about the 80 series ... well after that long decision a price that I simply couldn't refuse was stuck .. they agreed to pay overnight shipping so I would have a unit on my table Monday ... then send the 42i to them at their cost for repair and get it back in working order ... that will get me 2 units in the shop!!!
For anyone who has not had any dealings with these guys ... well they simply understand business and value a customer who's down and will go the extra mile to do what it takes ... great folks ... great service ... in my opinion it just doesn't get any better!!! John told me the boss said do what ever it takes to please the customer!!!
