Long 445D Power steering

Have a Long 445D with a power steering problem. I replaced the PS pump and the filter in the PS oil resovoir. The problem, I'm getting hydralic pressure to the inlet on the power steering cylinder, but, not getting any pressure out the other side. Someone thought it could be an actuator, they explained it to be mounted on the cylinder where the hydralic hose connects. I looked, but, have no idea what/where an actuator is located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....Thank you Ron L. (New Park Pa)

Unload a picture of you steering cyn.

I think you have power assist steering. Not the same as power steering.

I need to see a picture to help you.

I wish I could do the pictures, but, thats beyond my capability. I recently got my 1st cell phone, im catching up to technology.....
Theres a picture of the cylinder on wengers tractor parts. If you go to used parts for Long 445D, it shows a pic of used one, I hate to run you all around the web, but, I sure could use some help.....Thank You Ron L.
