long 3-point problems

i have a long 2360 and it sat unused for about a month and now the 3-point will not work right. it worked great until now. when you pull to raise it drops and when you push to lower it creeps up almost half way. it is almost like it is working opposite but it don't come up all the way. any help would be great.

I would check the hydraulic fluid for proper quanity and condition first. Make sure the fluid isn't white milky looking (water) or has air bubles ( air being sucked in). If the tractor has draft control make sure it's in the proper configuration. Also make sure the draft control springs and linkages at top link mount are not rusted and are free to move.

Does tractor have other hydraulics installed? How are they working?

the hydraulic fluid is full and clean. i'll check on the draft. no other hyd installed
