Long 1529 3pt arms will not lift

Machine acts like draft control is stuck on. Arms will lift and drop but any load on the arms and they float back to down and will not raise. I have searched all over the internet it seems and cannot find anything on the Long model 1529. It is full of oil and the when you enguage the hydrolic remote lever it will push the arms down (didn't think they should be working together...). Recently purchased this tractor so I don't have much more information.
Any ideas help would be greatly appriciated!!

Friend came over and resolved my issue. Just had some cleaning to do.
