Logging winch repair/restore project

Starting to turn some bolts, so far it looks promising.

Yes, I have a Sandvik/Norse 3081 but since i live on two places I must have two winches.
If i have time tomorrow i'm going to tear apart the winch drum and clutch, i'm going to take some pics and post.

I payed 120$ for it, hopes to have it up and running for 300$ total.

Removed the wire today

Hooked it up and off we go





After ca 50m it was the end of the line.
