Log Splitter Lift Ideas

Hello,

I have an older Northern Tool Log splitter and am very interested in building a log lift for it. Does anyone have any plans and photos that they could share with me? Thanks. Unfortunately this idea should have been implemented before i lost the tip of my pinky finger
