To log off click your Alvito up in the Header and scroll down.
There isn't any reason to log off unless you don't want to be seen as, active online

I've never logged off... no need to. You can change your Privacy options to not be "visible" to others...

If I don't log off this fourm when not using....it keeps using up my monthly data plan balance, and since I have no wi fi acesss...anyone know how to log off the same as other forums I use and log in when in use

Maybe I need desktop computer to log off, have been using phone might be the problem

From main menu, you can change settings on emails and then log off. It's in the upper left corner on my phone on the main screen. Understand about not burning up the data plan!

you don't need to actually. Taking a step back is smart. I did the same thing recently—logged off, turned off notifications, and just watched a quiet nature documentary on directv . It felt like a reset button after constant online noise. Sometimes old-school TV without endless scrolling hits the spot.
