Loan Pay Off Paper Work??

I paid off the BX 12/03, about 16 months ahead of schedule. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gifAny idea how long it takes for Kubota to get paper work back to you indicating the tractor loan if paid off? It seems by the time I get home from work, Kubota is gone for the day? /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

I don't have a Kubota but it took about six weeks to get the paper work back on my 4110 after it was paid off... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

when i bought mine(used from dealer) i paid 1/2 in cash and finaced thro kubota for the rest, only had it financed for 1 month then paid it off, took about 2 months for all the paper work to get squared away after that.

forgot to mention. it is not only kubota that does this, seems like they forget people work for a living,

It was three months before I received the paper work from Kubota. I paid mine off in February of last year and I received the paper work in May.

What kind of paperwork does Kubota send when the loan is paid off? I thought that on the Kubota Credit site your balance would just show $o.oo. Is there more? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Yeah, I'm curious too. I'm hoping to have my paid off in August/September. There aren't titles or anything on these tractors are there?

I haven't dealt with Kubota credit, but I suspect they all are pretty mcuh the same. When I've paid off machines with Ford or New Holland Credit, within days I receive the original of my note that I signed marked and signed paid. I also received somekind of a "Release of UCC" form.

Yep, like AndyMA said, that's what I received from Kubota when I paid off my tractors, and while I don't remember for sure, I think it was a couple of months before I received the paperwork.

You are supposed to file this form with your town, county, or state, depending on your state. This releases the lien paper from the records and shows that the debt was paid. Very similiar to a mortgage.

I received a letter from Kubota stating that the loan was paid in full; and all of the original loan documents that I signed with "PAID" stamped in red ink (7 pages in total).

When we bought our bx23 there was no title with it. We paid cash and we received all the warrantee paper work and a bill of sale. I was told it is personal property and not a licensed vehicle. thats why there is no title.
