Loader loader to fit JD 750 2wd

hello all:

new to this site. i have just purchased a 1988 JD 750 2wd tractor and I am looking for a loader for this tractor. what models or brands fit this? looking for any and all help. (newbe)

John Deere model 70. I think a model 67 might as well, but not sure.

I hope your tractor has power steering.

It makes it easier, but these are small machines with small loaders. ~ 600 lb capacity at the bucket pins. Keep tire pressure in check and turn while in motion and all is well.

I used a loaner JD/Yanmar 750 with 4-WD for a year before buying my Kubota
.
You need a lot of traction to fill a bucket, then to back out of a dirt pile. I think a bucket on a sub-compact, 2-WD tractor, probably will disappoint.

Most new tractors sold with a bucket also come with R4 "Industrial Tires" which are wider at the front (and back) to support bucket loads.

Consider carefully before spending for an FEL for this older 2-WD tractor.

PS: I really like the JD 750....just needed more powerful FEL when came time to buy my own.

it has power steering and wide front tires. i mainly want to use loader to for upkeep on our gravel lane. and to move mulch and firewood etc. no real digging is going to happen.

i have seen lots of pictures of tractors with model 67 loaders but if a 70 will work i have a lead on one of those.

Consider some type of CARRYALL plus a box blade or rear blade for your tasks. If you performs a T-B-N "TITLE" search there a many innovative CARRYALL examples shown.

I just worry about install problems with an FEL on A 26 year old tractor. If your three point hitch is operating 100% I would try to work with it first.

My father used to have a 750. The loader was either a 70 or a 70A.

we do a lot of jd 650 750 850 950 loaders $1800 +shipping by the way you can do a lot with 2x4 tractor if you know how to do it the old boys did.....we know what RUN like a yanmar
