Loader teeth?

My Kubota dealer wants $400 for front end loader teeth. They told me that I could buy "standard" bucket teeth from other aftermarket places for much less.
Is this true and where would I look to get these aftermarket teeth?

I have/will have a 60" bucket. I have searched around on the web but with no luck.

Why not just get a bolt on toothbar with the teeth on? Would be a lot less than $400 at Carver Equipment. I could have welded up my own but after buying the teeth really wouldn't have saved enough $ to make it worth my time.

I just got a price from Carver Equipment for a set of teeth for a 66" bucket delivered for $309.

I bought mine from a dealer. They came from FCC co here in Illinois. Shipping and all was right at 200.00. My bucket is a 5' also.

agree with gerard and popeye, get a removable toothbar. much handier and cheaper by far.

I have one of the WR Long removable toothbars from Carver Equipment. By all means get something that removes and reinstalls easily as this one does. I recommend it and would buy another if my smaller tractor had a loader on it too. I think my father thought that I had wasted some money when I told him how much I paid for my toothbar. After seeing it in action, I would say that he now thinks that I have more than my money's worth.
