Loader stress cracks roll call

There's definitely something wrong with either the metal used in the loader cross beam, or the design itself.

My CK20 has no internal gussets at the corners and has cracked through the 4 corner bolt holes.

The pictures I have seen here of the CK30 loaders show an additional gusset that my 20 doesn't have. But it looks (to me) that all that did was move the stress crack away from the corner, not eliminate it.

So, to get an idea about how widespread this is. Please go out to your CK and take the cover off and report your findings.

I think this can help us to quantify just how many seperate loaders have the problem. In the other posts, we've had so many repeat posts that it's hard to know, without going back over them all and counting who's a repeat and who isn't.

I'll keep you abreast of mine as I continue to check it. I'll be doing some major work this weekend and will check it out again afterward. Mine may not be visible to the outside yet if there are any.
