Here is my latest project. I started with a frame for a snow plow and a friend suggested forks...which I really wanted, so he and I came up with a design that does both, I just remove the pins that hold attach the blade and slide the forks on. I'm also working on a slide/bolt on grapple setup for it.

The only thing I want to change is the hydraulic hoses. I was in a hurry to get the hydraulics on before a snow storm hit, but this summer, I'm going to mount the couplers to the torque tube and run short hoses from the cylinders to the couplers like they do on skid loaders.

Very good looking setup and I can see a hitch reciever in the future and maybe a 3 point hook up, I made one of those for my QA plate but it needs lots more fine tuning to be right but I can do it, just takes time as you know
