Loader Loader Functions

I recently bought a Massey 180 tractor. It came with an aftermarket loader. The loader seems to function fine but will not lift anything if it has any material in the bucket. I am assuming the hydraulic pump is weak? Any suggestions on what to check first?

I would check to see if you can find a relief valve anywhere. If there is debris in the hydraulic fluid it could be sticking partially open and cause a lack of power when lifting.

The pressure, then you don't have to assume, you will know. :thumbsup:
