I just bought a trip loader for my Farmall H. It is a DOMOR model A according to the tag on the left loader arm. It is a kind of funny arangement, with 2 brackets attaching to the rearend and 2 attaching to the frontend, but nothing sticking up above the hood. I basicly paid scrap price for it so I am not out much but I wondered if it is worth installing. All the brackets are complete, the only thing I need to buy is a couple of hydraulic hoses. I was thinking of using it around a little, cleaning stalls, ect. now I use a wheel barrow but if I had the bucket I would load it by hand and dump into the manure pit. Also might use it to haul a couple armloads of firewood up to the house from the woodshed, no real heavy loads maybe a couple hundred pounds.
Anyone familiar with these loaders?
Are they reliable?
Seams like a low center of gravity may be good on the H.
