Howdy,

I was looking to get a long desired loader for my JD 4310. Having read that the 300CX is compatible, I was wondering if anyone can verify this compatibility? If so, has anyone installed a 300CX on a 4310, and if so, are you happy with the performance? Any idea of the pricing for a new one? Can't seem to locate a used one.

Thanks,

Joe

Used loaders are VERY hard to find-unless the tractor is destroyed or stolen. The 300cx will fit fine, it replaced the 430 loader that was originally sold for that machine. Expect to pay around $3,500 or so.

There are aftermarket options also:

Westendorf
Bushhog
Quicke
Koyker
And probably others I cant think of now...

Thanks, KennyD. Sounds pretty reasonable for JD OEM stuff. Given that I already have the 4 svc's for this, would I need anything other than the bracket mounts?

Nope, just the loader and hardware/brackets. Oh, and a ballast box for the rear will be needed to counterbalance the loader.
