I am not trying to hijack this thread, but it won't let me start a new topic. I am buying a 3016, and a FEL is 4200 extra. Does that sound about right? I was told the one for the 2816 was 3900, if I wanted the previous model which they have also. Thanks for ya'll's help!

The 3016 takes the ML115 or the ML115skc if you want a skid-steer style quick connect. It lifts 1650 lbs. The 2816 takes the ML106 and lifts 1050 lbs. They are not interchangable as the tractors are quite different.

My ML250 FEL cost $4400--bought as a package with the 5525 three years ago. Invested another $1K for the skid steer quick attach adapter on the FEL arms. It's generally a lot more expensive to do it your way (not just on Mahindra's) rather than purchasing the tractor and FEL together.

Some dealers are high volume operations and have more experienced, efficient people in the shop so they can charge less for jobs like yours. My dealer generally has at least 200 new Mahindras on his lot and the inventory turns over quickly and his shop people are top notch.
