Loader control like on a JD?

I noticed the new L-39 TLB and a few other Kubotas have the loader joystick by your right leg now instead of way up high on the loader mount. I would like to conver the one on my L2800 like this. Coming from a JD to a Kubota, I have found this to be most uncomfortable from the transition. I am sure it has been converted before, I wonder if there is a kit? Let me know what you guys think!

On the L-39, the remote joystick has three cables that go to the hydraulic valve block down below the deck to operate the valves. I doubt if you could accomodate this kind of setup, the only way you could with yours would be to move the entire valve box to where you wanted it and replumb it from there. Sounds like a major hassle though.
