Tires Loaded Tires

/ Loaded Tires #11
There is an fitting sold by Gemplers that fits a garden hose. It has an auxilliary port that relieves air as the tire fills. You can either siphon or pump the fluid in. If you want max weight use CaCl or Rimguard. Best use a tube for CaCl because its corrosive and will shorten the life of your rims otherwise. Also for Rimguard because its slippery and can lube the tire bead making it spin in hi traction situations. If you can park indoors or drain in winter, water is very cheap, reasonably heavy, and adjustable at whim. Lighter fluids include windshield washer fluid and water methanol ballast provided by tractor tire shops.

? about the need for tube with rimguard- would it really lube the bead if bead is already seated and not broken? Or must you break bead to get rim guard in? Does the garden hose fitting allow you to put other chemical in besides water? I'm new to the loaded tire/do it myself loading.
