Loaded joystick RPM increase button

The loader joystick has a button on the side which from what I've read will increase the engine RPM's when pressed. When I press it, nothing happens even if I am moving the bucket.
What's going on with this, how does this function get enabled?
New to this tractor and trying to learn, thanks

Are you sure it's not a 3rd function button for a hydraulic remote connection mounted up on the front of the loader crossbar??

Should add, even if you don't have a 3rd function installed, they may still use a joystick with button as their default. Where did you read that it increases RPM?

Check with the dealer. That function looks to not be standard on all models but they probably use the same joystick on all models. If it can work it probably needs a dealer option kit, maybe as simple as a plug-in relay..

Damned if I can find it now, but I will look further.
It's not the 3rd function buttons which it has on the front of the knob. This button is located on the left side of the knob.

Found it, page 4-38 in the owner's manual:
While this button is pressed, the engine rpm rises up to the maximum rpm, and when it released, the engine speed decreases to the set hand throttle position.If the engine speed drops during load operation, such as loader operation, press this button to increase engine speed and increase power to facilitate the operation. Use it appropriately for high-load work.

You need to buy the activation kit to make that work. Not standard equipment.
