LK3054 with 1430 loader won't hardly curl

LK3054 with 1430 loader won\'t hardly curl

Subject says it all. It still has plenty of "chrome" on the cylinder showing and it won't curl. If I have the bucket all the way down and curled all the way up it is almost level to the ground. It may "roll back" a couple of degree's but if you hit a bump anything you carry drops out due to the poor curl. Is this normal what is the cure?

Have you always had this problem where max roll back could be better, or is it a new problem where it does not roll back as far as it used to ?

On your bucket there are 2 holes in the bucket where the rollback cylinder goes which hole is the cylinder pin in?

This is nothing new just an annyoing problem. There are two holes for the pins on the loader. They are in the top hole. I thought about moving them to the bottom holes but I can't see an obvious gain in curl?

Move the pins to the lower holes. It will help more than you think. They are supposed to be on the lower holes. They are a new design loader and have since worked out the problems with it.

Yup, they are right! The pins are supposed to be in the bottom holes. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
