LK3054 versus DK series

Somewhere earlier in this forum the point was raised that the LK series of Kioti tractor would be superceded by the DK series. Is this something that is about to happen or will the changes be anything more than cosmetic (like model years in autos?). I think that I've got everything pretty well settled in my mind and another question like this comes up. Is this what they call information overload?
The nearest dealer called back today and offered the following:LK3054 (4wd),heavy duty FEL, 5ft shredder,5ft box scrapper, factory sunshade for $14,850 delivered. Any comments?

Before I purchased my LK-3054, I contacted the KIOTI Tractor Division,1801 Quality Drive, Wilson, NC. phone:
252-291-6111: A representative of the company told me they were going to discontinue the LK-3052 but not the LK-3054.
