LK3054 Lift Arms Very Slow

I went to put an implement on my 2003 LK3054 today, and found that the arms are lifting very slowly. They seem to have a lot of power, but that's hard to tell for sure. They drop normally, and I tried working the valve below the seat that controls drop speed, but it didn't help anything.

Any suggestions?

Well, it's working again. I cleaned the hydraulic filter (I'm just at 300hrs). It was not very dirty, just a few larger bits, and light shone through easily. Besides, the FEL and the steering worked just fine. I figure it was not the filter cleaning that helped, but rather that removing it may have dislodged some piece of junk somewhere in the system.

This is not a real active board, is it?

Seems to be more active in the winter Chris. Glad you got it fixed. You have 55 views as of now but I guess nobody knew what to do.
