Interesting. Thanks for the post. I thought about doing that a while back. But, there are so many blanks that it's hard to make it very useful. Now if you can find a way to fill it all in, that would be very nice. I think a lot of the data is available through TBN and it's members, but would require a great deal of work to compile. I have yet to see a buyers guide that had all the details accurately presented. There was one in "Compact Equipment" magazine a few months back. But, even it had a lot of holes. I expected more from a professional publication. I guess the data is just too hard to gather. Kinda like trying to compare matresses.

It's generally hard to compare specs by design. Marketing guys for different OEM's will always find a way to skew their specs and use smoke and mirrors to hide the information you're looking for (i.e make their numbers look better). It's their job, good, bad, or indifferent.

Some stuff is exactly what it says it is though. Most of this stuff is defined by MIL/ANSI/SAE/ISO/ITSDF standards.

That's a great comparison chart, but I am a little confused. Unless, things have changed, when I was looking around last year (and bought the DK35), the DK35 had a higher lift capacity than the "equivalent" Kubota L (can't remember which one now). Has Kubota changed their measurement methods to match or exceed those of the DK35 or is Kubota really 300#'s better now?

Nice informative comparison, Can you add a row for loader capacities using the standard loader for the particular model?

Nice comparison. But, you forgot to add the best. Deere 4x20's

That is a good comparison. Maybe one of the moderators can add the chart as a sticky under the "Buying/Pricing/Comparison" forum since a lot of other people would like to see information like that before buying. It's too good to get buried away and forgotten in the Kioti section. I'm not sure how to notify the moderator, though...
